Responsibilities & Context:
Manage receiving, storage, and issuance of paddy, rice, by-products, and packaging materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records of raw materials, finished goods, and by-products.
Verify incoming paddy and packaging materials against documentation and quality approvals.
Ensure proper receiving, storage, and stock recording of finished rice products.
Coordinate with the Distribution Team for timely finished goods dispatch and delivery.
Monitor stock levels, material availability, and inventory movements across store operations.
Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies with ERP inventory records.
Ensure proper stock segregation, storage conditions, and FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.
Maintain accurate GRNs, delivery challans, stock registers, and dispatch documentation.
Ensure inventory security, minimize handling losses, and maintain store compliance standards.
