• Age At least 20 years

• 1-3 years of experience in short-video social media, content planning or related work

• Practical experience creating for Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube ,Instagram, or similar platform

• Ability to independently prepare monthly content plans

• ability to independently write short video scripts and interviews outlines

• Good Understanding of short-film content structure, including hook→ Content→ Story/Conflict→ CTA

• Good English And Bangla writing and communication skills

• Working Level English communication skills

• Creating thinking and strong understanding of social-media trends

• Must provide a portfolio or genuine examples of previous of content work

▪ Develop monthly and weekly content plans for TOPPAY's social media channels.

▪ Create content concepts for Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and other digital platforms.

▪ Write short-video scripts, reels scripts, interview questions, and street-interview outlines.

▪ Develop content based on the structure of Hook → Content → Story/Conflict → CTA.

▪ Generate creative ideas for product promotions, customer stories, shop-owner interviews, campaigns, and brand awareness.

▪ Coordinate with the videographer, presenter, and video editor to ensure smooth content production.

▪ Monitor social-media trends and suggest relevant content opportunities.

▪ Adapt content according to TOPPAY's brand guidelines and communication objectives.

▪ Review published content and provide ideas for improving engagement and performance.

▪ Write captions for social medias, website

▪ Replying in social media messages
