Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
We are looking to hire Iinterns for Tele Marketing of CRM department in real estate is a target-driven role focused on driving revenue growth by generating leads, conducting site visits, negotiating with high-net-worth clients, and closing sales for residential/commercial projects.
Job Responsibilities:
√ Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
√ Answer inbound calls from interested prospects and provide detailed information
√ Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems or call logs.
√ Explain product features and benefits clearly to customers.
√ Identify potential customers through research and cold calling.
√ Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly meeting/visit targets set by the management.
√ Manage time efficiently to maximize call volume and productivity.
√ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports for management review.
√ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage timely payments.
√ Maintain confidentiality of customer financial information and records.
√ Any other task given by the management.
