Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular visits to assigned Modern Trade outlets.
Ensure product availability, visibility, display, shelf placement, and price tags.
Monitor stock levels and follow up on replenishment requirements.
Collect and verify POs and coordinate timely order processing and delivery.
Follow up on customer requirements, complaints, RTV, claims, and adjustments.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales, stock, and activity reports.
Monitor competitor prices, promotions, displays, and market activities.
Maintain professional relationships with outlet managers and customer representatives.
Perform other Modern Trade-related duties assigned by the Team Leader or Management.
