Responsibilities & Context:
📌 Key Responsibilities
* Generate and manage leads for apartment sales.
* Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
* Conduct meetings and property presentations with prospective buyers.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
* Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Coordinate with the marketing team to execute lead-generation and promotional activities.
* Handle customer inquiries and guide clients throughout the sales process.
* Maintain regular follow-ups and provide excellent customer service.
* Target: Minimum 1/2 apartment sale per month.
🎯 Requirements
* Experience in real estate sales/marketing is preferred.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to generate and convert sales leads.
* Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset.
* Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
