Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in achieving monthly sales, subscriber, and revenue targets.
Supervise sales and marketing teams and monitor daily performance.
Develop area-wise plans to increase new ISP subscribers.
Manage customer acquisition, retention, and renewal activities.
Monitor subscriber growth, churn, collections, and outstanding payments.
Coordinate with technical teams for installation and customer service issues.
Maintain relationships with corporate and residential customers.
Analyze competitor pricing, packages, and market activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
Support the Manager in achieving overall business and revenue goals.
