Responsibilities & Context:
ACI Limited provides complete farm mechanization solutions to farmers by offering a wide range of agriculture machineries - Tractor, Power tiller, Diesel Engine, Reaper, Combine Harvester, Rice Transplanter, Commercial Vehicle and Construction Machineries.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and acquiring new customers in assigned territories.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Forklifts, Construction Equipment, and other Industrial Products.
Identify customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions through consultative selling.
Conduct regular customer visits, product demonstrations, site surveys, and presentations to generate new business opportunities.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up activities.
Coordinate with the Service, Spare Parts, and Finance teams to ensure smooth product delivery, installation, and after-sales support.
Prepare sales forecasts, customer visit reports, sales activity reports, and maintain accurate records in the company's CRM or reporting system.
Ensure timely collection of customer payments and maintain healthy receivable status in coordination with the Finance team.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
