ACI Motors is launching a new Lubricants business by representing one of the world's top lubricant brands originated from Germany, we require an experienced Business Head to lead the portfolio. The role is essential to establish the business, develop the market, build the distribution network, manage the principal relationship, and ensure sustainable business growth from the outset.

Lead and manage the overall Lubricants business, including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Technical Service, and Business Operations.

Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales, market share, profitability, and sustainable growth.

Build and strengthen the nationwide sales and distribution network while ensuring excellent customer service.

Maintain strong relationships with the international principal and ensure effective implementation of global business strategies.

Lead business planning, budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and performance management.

Drive market expansion through new customer acquisition, key account management, and strategic partnerships.

Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing team to deliver business objectives.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.

Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and the principal's quality standards.

Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
