• Ability to manage operational teams and maintain smooth coordination with clients and authorities.
• Good command of Bangla and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting documentation.

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced C&F Manager who has strong operational knowledge and practical experience in customs clearance, freight forwarding, shipping coordination, and logistics management.

The candidate should have practical experience in handling:

Import & Export Documentation

• Customs Clearance Operations

• Port & Shipping Coordination

• Freight Forwarding Operations

• Logistics & Supply Chain Management

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall C&F and logistics operations efficiently.

• Handle import-export documentation, customs clearance, and shipping procedures.

• Coordinate with ports, customs authorities, shipping lines, and clients.

• Ensure timely delivery and smooth operational activities.

• Monitor shipment status, documentation compliance, and operational reporting.

• Develop and maintain strong client and corporate relationships.

• Supervise operational staff and ensure effective workflow management.

• Prepare operational reports, shipment updates, and client documentation.

• Resolve operational issues and maintain service quality standards.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
