Experience:

Experience
10–15 years of professional experience in Sales & Business Development.

Practical experience in Washing & Dyeing Machinery, Textile Processing Equipment, Textile Chemicals, Dyeing Solutions, or Industrial Textile Machinery is mandatory.
Job Context
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and performance-driven Sr. Sales Manager (Washing & Dyeing) to lead our business development and sales operations for Washing & Dyeing Machinery, Chemicals, and Industrial Solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sustainable revenue growth across the textile and garment industry. This position requires extensive knowledge of garment washing, textile dyeing processes, industrial machinery, and factory operations.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in B2B industrial sales.
Workplace: Work at Office & Field (Frequent travel to customer factories across Bangladesh.)
(Regular business travel throughout Bangladesh is required.)
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and business objectives.
Promote and sell Washing & Dyeing Machinery, Equipment, Spare Parts, Chemicals, and related industrial solutions.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within garment, textile, knit, woven, denim, and washing factories.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with factory owners, directors, technical managers, and decision-makers.
Conduct regular factory visits to understand customer requirements and provide customized technical solutions.
Prepare technical proposals, commercial quotations, tender documents, and business presentations.
Coordinate with the Technical Service Team to ensure successful installation, commissioning, and after-sales support.
Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Develop annual sales budgets, forecasts, business plans, and territory development strategies.
Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales team to improve productivity and performance.
Organize product demonstrations, technical seminars, customer workshops, and promotional activities.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, payment conditions, and contract agreements.
Coordinate with overseas principals and suppliers regarding product updates, pricing, shipments, and technical support.
Ensure timely collection of payments by working closely with the Accounts Department.
Collaborate with the Commercial Department to ensure smooth import, delivery, and inventory management.
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for management.
Maintain accurate customer databases, sales pipelines, and CRM records.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Participate in local and international trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the Management.
