Experience:
Bachelor’s / Master’s in any discipline from a reputed university.
Strong knowledge of retail sales, IHB sales, fabricator relationship management, market development, and revenue generation
Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to identify business opportunities and achieve sales targets
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems, with the ability to prepare sales reports and analyze business performance
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
The ability to work under pressure and meet business objectives
Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and market development targets by effectively managing the assigned area and implementing sales plans
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with retail customers, individual house builders (IHB), and fabricators to maximize sales opportunities and strengthen market presence
Conduct regular market visits to identify new customers, generate orders, monitor product availability, and ensure effective market coverage
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, customer feedback, and pricing strategies, and provide timely market intelligence to the reporting manager
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, and other internal departments to ensure timely order processing, product availability, and customer satisfaction
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, maintain accurate customer records, and comply with organizational policies, sales procedures, and operational guidelines
