- Age 27 to 50 years
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in a manufacturing industry, with at least 3 years in a Factory Manager position.
Experience in Rotary Die, Packaging, Carton, Printing, or Die Manufacturing will be given preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee the overall factory operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and warehouse.
Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
Improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize manufacturing costs.
Lead and motivate production teams to ensure operational efficiency.
Ensure machine maintenance and minimize production downtime.
Implement and maintain workplace safety and quality management systems.
Prepare production reports and coordinate with management.
