Responsibilities & Context: Experience: 5 to 10 years The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chain shop, Importer Additional Requirements: Minimum 5–10 years of experience in a manufacturing industry, with at least 3 years in a Factory Manager position. Experience in Rotary Die, Packaging, Carton, Printing, or Die Manufacturing will be given preference. Strong leadership, production planning, quality control, and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills in English and Bengali. Proficiency in MS Office; ERP knowledge will be an added advantage. Responsibilities & Context: Factory Manager – Rotary Die Manufacturing needs to Oversee the overall factory operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and warehouse. Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards. Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules. Improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize manufacturing costs. Lead and motivate production teams to ensure operational efficiency. Ensure machine maintenance and minimize production downtime. Implement and maintain workplace safety and quality management systems. Prepare production reports and coordinate with management.
