Education: Requirements Bachelor`s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, English, or a related field preferred. 1–3 years of social media/content experience preferred. Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Creative mindset and strong storytelling ability. Basic knowledge of Canva or similar content creation tools. Understanding of social media analytics. Short-form video/content creation experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context: Employment Type: Full-Time Job Location: Banani, Dhaka Department: Marketing & Communications Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and suitability Reports To: Marketing Manager / Management About the Role The Social Media Executive will be responsible for building and managing English Carnival`s digital presence and creating engaging content that connects with students and English learners. Key Responsibilities Manage English Carnival`s Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Develop and maintain monthly content calendars. Create engaging content around English learning, IELTS, communication skills, student success, events, quizzes, tips, and educational campaigns. Write social media captions, scripts, posts, and short-form video concepts. Coordinate with designers, video editors, trainers, and other teams. Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for engaging content. Support paid and organic social media campaigns. Respond to comments and messages and maintain community engagement. Promote English Carnival`s courses, events, competitions, and campaigns. Monitor competitor activity and industry trends. Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.
