Responsibilities & Context: Employment Type: Full-Time Job Location: Banani, Dhaka Department: Sales Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and suitability Reports To: Sales Manager / Senior Manager About the Role The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for converting prospective learners into English Carnival customers through professional telephone communication, structured follow-ups, and effective sales techniques. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective students. Introduce English Carnival`s English-learning and IELTS programs. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs. Follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns, events, websites, referrals, and other channels. Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments. Maintain a structured follow-up schedule. Update calls, customer information, and follow-ups in CRM. Handle customer objections professionally. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Coordinate with Customer Service, Business Development, and Marketing teams. Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
