We Are Hiring — Digital Marketer!

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to Join our growing team at Jersey.com.bd, Bangladesh’s trusted online jersey store!

✅ Location: 410/3 Shahsuja Road, Paikpara, Narayanganj, Bangladesh
✅ Job Type: Full-Time
✅Salary: Negotiable (30-40k)

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

✔️ Develop and execute effective marketing strategies
✔️ Plan, run, optimize and scale paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads and TikTok Ads
✔️ Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS, CTR and Sales
✔️ Manage and grow eCommerce sales through data-driven marketing strategies
✔️ Conduct audience research, competitor analysis and A/B testing
✔️ Track analytics and prepare performance reports
✔️ Work closely with the design and content team for marketing creatives and campaigns

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
✔️ Proven experience working with eCommerce businesses in Bangladesh
✔️ Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads
✔️ Ability to manage advertising budgets and scale profitable campaigns
✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔️ Knowledge of conversion tracking, Pixel setup and server-side tracking
✔️ Creative strategy experience for eCommerce products
✔️ Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce or Similar platforms
