Responsibilities & Context: Job Purpose To support the IE team in improving garment production efficiency, productivity, line balancing, manpower utilization, capacity planning, and production methods through systematic data analysis and work-study techniques. Key Responsibilities Assist in conducting time study and motion study of garment operations. Collect and analyze production and efficiency data. Assist in calculating SAM/SMV for garment operations. Support line balancing and workstation allocation. Monitor line efficiency, productivity, manpower, and capacity. Assist in identifying bottlenecks and production constraints. Prepare daily/weekly IE reports and performance summaries. Assist in developing operation breakdowns and process sequences. Support capacity planning and manpower requirement calculations. Conduct production floor observations and identify productivity improvement opportunities. Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Merchandising teams. Assist in implementing productivity improvement initiatives. Monitor target achievement and provide feedback to the concerned team. Support layout planning and workstation optimization. Maintain IE-related records, reports, and databases. Perform any other IE-related duties assigned by management. Experience 0–2 years of relevant IE experience, preferably in Knit/Woven garments. Required Skills Basic knowledge of SAM/SMV, Time Study, Motion Study and Line Balancing. Understanding of garment production processes. Basic knowledge of production planning and capacity. Strong analytical and numerical ability. Good command of MS Excel. Good communication and coordination skills. Problem-solving mindset. Ability to work on the production floor.
