Responsibilities & Context: Job Summary: Interstoff Apparels Limited, one of Bangladesh`s leading export-oriented apparel manufacturers, is looking for an energetic, ambitious and career-oriented MTO – Marketing & Merchandising to join its professional team. The successful candidate will receive hands-on exposure to merchandising, product development, buyer communication, sampling and order execution within a vertically integrated apparel manufacturing environment. Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply. Candidates with relevant internship or apparel industry experience will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning product ranges and stock plans in coordination with buyers and designers. Maintain effective communication with buyers and suppliers. Coordinate with merchandising, sampling, production, quality and other internal departments. Monitor activities from sampling and product development through shipment. Follow up on sample submissions, approvals and buyer requirements. Ensure right-first-time submissions with strong attention to quality. Maintain buyer timelines and follow up on pending approvals. Gather and communicate customer feedback regarding products. Identify production and supply-related challenges and support timely resolution. Ensure compliance with workplace safety and company policies. Perform other responsibilities assigned by management. Candidate Profile Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
