Responsibilities & Context: Job Summary:
Interstoff Apparels Limited is seeking a technically oriented and energetic MTO – Printshop to develop a career in apparel printing operations.
This trainee position provides practical exposure to printing processes, quality control, process improvement, production coordination, printing materials and compliance within a large export-oriented apparel manufacturing environment.
Age: 23–32 years
Experience:
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Relevant industrial or apparel printing experience will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn and assist in day-to-day printing operations, including screen printing, sublimation, heat transfer and rotary printing.
Monitor printing quality, color accuracy and alignment according to buyer specifications.
Coordinate with design, sampling and production teams for sample approval and bulk production readiness.
Assist in process optimization to reduce defects, material waste and production downtime.
Support the development and implementation of SOPs for printing processes.
Ensure proper use, handling and maintenance of printing machinery and equipment.
Assist in inventory management of inks, screens, films, paper, chemicals and other printing materials.
Coordinate with Quality and Compliance teams to meet buyer and environmental requirements.
Prepare daily reports, learning logs and operational findings.
Participate in training, assessments and periodic performance reviews.
Perform other responsibilities assigned by management.

Willingness to learn apparel printing technology.
Ability to work in a production environment.
