Responsibilities & Context: Job Location: Sec-12, Road-6/B, House-04 (Head Office) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Head of Accounts to lead the organization`s accounting and financial reporting functions and ensure accurate financial records, effective internal controls, statutory compliance, and timely management reporting. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the overall Accounts & Finance department. Ensure accurate recording and maintenance of all financial transactions. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash, and Bank transactions. Monitor cash flow and Bank Reconciliation. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and management reports. Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, VAT, Tax, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with internal and external auditors. Review and strengthen accounting policies and internal controls. Analyze financial information and provide recommendations to management. Supervise and develop the Accounts team. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information. Experience: 8–12 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance, including 3–5 years in a managerial/supervisory position. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software. Strong knowledge of VAT, Tax, Audit, and statutory compliance. Excellent analytical and leadership skills. Strong team-management and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications. Employment Type: Full-time.
