Responsibilities & Context: Job Summary: Interstoff Apparels Limited is looking for a responsible, energetic and people-oriented HR Assistant – Factory HR to support day-to-day human resource operations at its manufacturing facility. This role provides practical exposure to recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll, training, compliance and other core factory HR functions. Important Job Requirement: Candidates must be willing to perform both day and night shift duties Candidates unwilling to work in a shift-based factory HR environment are requested not to apply. Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply. Maximum 1 year of relevant experience. Age: 26–32 years Key Responsibilities: Conduct recruitment and selection according to approved manpower requisitions and HR SOPs. Conduct initial orientation for newly recruited employees. Maintain employee records and HR databases. Support compensation and benefits administration. Assist in performance management activities. Support job analysis, job evaluation, organogram preparation and other OD initiatives. Assist in preparing and implementing annual training plans. Maintain training records and reports. Coordinate classroom training, OJT, workshops, coaching and other learning activities. Handle disciplinary and grievance-related matters in accordance with company policy and applicable law. Prepare office circulars, internal memos, caution letters, work orders and other HR documents. Support PF, health insurance and staff insurance record management. Monitor daily attendance and update payroll software. Assist in regular payroll operations. Perform other HR responsibilities assigned by management.
