Responsibilities & Context: Job Title: Customer Service Executive Employment Type: Full-Time Job Location: Banani, Dhaka Department: Customer Experience Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and suitability Reports To: Customer Service Manager / Management About the Role The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for providing professional, responsive, and friendly support to English Carnival learners and prospective customers across different communication channels. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, social media, email, and other channels. Provide accurate information about English Carnival courses, IELTS programs, mock tests, schedules, fees, and services. Assist students throughout registration and enrollment. Follow up with prospective customers. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team. Maintain accurate customer information and interaction records in CRM. Coordinate with Sales, Academic, Marketing, and Operations teams. Collect customer feedback and identify areas for service improvement. Support events and student engagement activities when required. Maintain professional communication and customer service standards.
