Responsibilities & Context: Key Responsibilities: Develop Referral Networks: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and other healthcare partners to ensure a consistent flow of patient referrals. Increase Patient Acquisition: Generate patient leads and inquiries through field visits, promotional events, and awareness programs. Follow up on leads to ensure a high conversion rate. Execute Marketing Activities: Plan and implement marketing campaigns and outreach activities to promote hospital services and specialties. Achieve Business Targets: Focus on achieving monthly and quarterly sales and marketing targets to contribute to the hospital’s growth objectives. Coordinate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the Medical, Operations, and Digital Marketing teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding and service delivery. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends. Reporting: Prepare and maintain monthly and quarterly reports on marketing activities, lead generation, and referral tracking to measure performance. Required Experience Minimum: 2–3 years of experience in Marketing Management, preferably in a hospital, diagnostic center, or healthcare industry. Additional Qualifications: Age: 22–35 years. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Bangla and English, with the ability to counsel patients and build good relationships with doctors. Comfortable conducting frequent field visits to clinics, corporate offices, and community partners for relationship management. Basic knowledge of digital marketing and lead handling will be considered an additional qualification. Target-oriented, responsible, and self-motivated individual with an ethical approach to marketing.
