Responsibilities & Context:
Handle day-to-day customer communication, queries, and comments across all social media pages.
Follow up actively with potential leads and ensure prompt customer service.
Coordinate seamlessly with logistics and courier partners to monitor order status and delivery progress.
Assist in planning, setting up, and monitoring basic digital promotion campaigns.
Maintain daily sales, lead records, and customer interaction reports.
Office Time: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Friday Weekly Holiday
