Responsibilities & Context: Work Locations: Palash (Narsingdi) Kaliganj (North) Tumulia Kanchan Mousaid & Harbaid Key Responsibilities: Field Visits & Referral Network: Conduct regular field visits to homes (door-to-door), schools, colleges, religious institutions, factories, and local communities. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare partners to generate patient leads and referrals. Patient Lead Generation: Follow up on leads to ensure timely patient admissions and appointment scheduling. Promotional Activities: Promote hospital services, specialties, and healthcare packages. Assist in organizing outreach programs, medical camps, and community awareness activities. Implement branding activities such as distributing banners, flyers, and other promotional materials. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and market trends. Monitor competitors’ activities and provide market-related information to management for strategic planning. Reporting & Coordination: Maintain accurate records of referrals, leads, daily activities, and competitor information. Prepare and submit daily/weekly field activity reports to management. Ensure smooth coordination between field activities and hospital departments. Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales and marketing within the hospital or healthcare sector, preferably in hospitals, diagnostic centers, clinics, or pharmaceutical companies. Additional Requirements: Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Bangla, with the ability to counsel patients and build good relationships with doctors. Field Work: Comfortable with extensive field visits and willing to travel within the assigned territory.
