We help learners improve their speaking, grammar, communication, and IELTS skills through expert guidance, realistic exam simulations, instant feedback, and engaging learning experiences. Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities and student leads. Promote English Carnival`s English learning, IELTS, mock-test, and related programs. Develop relationships with students, universities, colleges, educational institutions, and student communities. Conduct campus visits, promotional activities, seminars, workshops, and events. Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into enrollments. Identify new channels for student acquisition and business growth. Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing customers. Maintain accurate lead and sales records in CRM. Achieve assigned monthly sales and business-development targets. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports. Coordinate with Marketing, Customer Service, Tele Sales, and Events teams. opportunities. 1–3 years of sales/business development experience will be an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of English and Bangla. Strong networking and negotiation skills. Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated. Willingness to travel for campus visits and events.
