Responsibilities & Context:

• ফেসবুক পেইজের Messenger, Comment ও WhatsApp-এ কাস্টমারের প্রশ্নের দ্রুত ও পেশাদারভাবে উত্তর দিতে হবে।
• কাস্টমারের চাহিদা বুঝে প্রোডাক্ট সম্পর্কে সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান এবং অর্ডার কনফার্ম করতে হবে।
• অর্ডারের সকল তথ্য নির্ভুলভাবে সফটওয়্যার/সিস্টেমে এন্ট্রি করতে হবে।
• স্টক যাচাই, অর্ডার ফলো-আপ এবং প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী সংশ্লিষ্ট টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় করতে হবে।
• কাস্টমারের অভিযোগ, এক্সচেঞ্জ ও ডেলিভারি সংক্রান্ত সমস্যা ধৈর্য ও পেশাদারিত্বের সাথে পরিচালনা করতে হবে।
• বাংলা শুদ্ধভাবে লিখতে এবং সাধারণ ইংরেজিতে যোগাযোগ করতে সক্ষম হতে হবে।
• একই সময়ে একাধিক কাস্টমারের মেসেজ দ্রুত ও নির্ভুলভাবে পরিচালনার দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
• সেলস ও কাস্টমার সার্ভিসমুখী, দায়িত্বশীল, সময়নিষ্ঠ এবং টিমওয়ার্কে আগ্রহী হতে হবে।
