Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor, Law and HR compliance.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll, and employee records.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law and company policies.
Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters.
Prepare HR reports and maintain personnel documentation.
Coordinate training, performance evaluations, and employee engagement activities.
Support management in HR planning and administrative functions.
