Experience:
Bachelors in any discipline from any UGC approved reputed institute

This position will be responsible for maintaining and organizing HR documentation, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting HR processes related to employee records and documentation management.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize, manage, and update employee files and HR documents, ensuring maintenance of both physical and electronic HR documents for accurate data management.
Assist in the digitization process of HR data and documents and contribute to the implementation and maintenance of document management systems.
Prepare and organize documents required for internal and external audits, ensuring completeness and accuracy to meet timely audit demand.
Conduct regular reviews and updates of HR documents to maintain compliance standard with current organizational regulations and donor requirements.
Communicate with employees and act as a focal person regarding the submission, retrieval, and management of HR documents, providing guidance as needed.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meeting, data entry, and coordinating HR-related activities.
Safeguarding Responsibilities:
the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
