To engage directly with camp communities, promote their participation in CCCM activities, and ensure they are informed about available services, referrals, and feedback mechanisms. The position supports cluster level service monitoring, volunteer activities, community awareness.
• Conduct regular catchment monitoring across assigned clusters to identify service gaps, community needs, risks, and emerging issues.
• Carry out door-to-door household visits to engage communities, collect feedback, identify vulnerable individuals, and provide information on available services.
• Facilitate case referrals and follow-up with relevant sectors, service providers, and authorities, ensuring proper documentation and timely action.
• Support and monitor NFI/LPG distributions, including beneficiary verification, crowd management, stock monitoring, and transparent delivery.
• Conduct service monitoring, beneficiary verification, surveys, assessments, headcounts, and presence confirmation exercises using approved tools and procedures.
• Support relocation, family visits, community-led initiatives, and other camp movements, ensuring orderly and coordinated implementation.
• Strengthen community engagement and communication through Majhi, Cluster Representatives, Imam groups, FGDs, awareness activities, and regular community consultations.
• Monitor volunteer performance and field activities, conduct facility visits, support CFM/complaints and feedback processes, coordinate with service providers and stakeholders, and provide timely field updates and reports.
• Ensure the safety of programme participants, people who come into contact with the organization and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
