• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Age At most 40 years

• Age may be relaxed for highly deserving candidates

• Experience in job placement, career counseling or HR will be considered an added advantage.

Job Summary: The Job Placement Officer has the responsibility to ensure job placement of skill peoples of RDRS Technical Training Institute in assigned geographic area in order to achieve the overall organization goal, purpose and outputs in collaboration with focal person as well as trainers of institutes. S/he is also responsible to assist process of the selection of Trainees and enrolment, assessment and certification. S/he will ensure job seekers of women, men and disadvantaged groups as per institute need and standard. S/he will follow the plan and coordinate job placement support service to ensure at least 70% job placement of trainee’s recruitment and retention in jobs for at least three months. S/he will be responsible for maintaining the database and assist tracking of the skill trainees based on the trainee profile. S/he will (i) maintain and closely monitor the data on job placement including wages/ remuneration and other related information; (ii) update information on any changes in wages/remuneration of those getting jobs, (iii) closely monitor the effectiveness of job placement, enhancing job placements including developing network with employers and (v) perform any other task required by the principal.

Responsibilities:

• Liaison with job employer placement committee at factory level as well as factory management for employment of trainees, developing MOU between institute and employers and ensuring reporting and documentation.

• To ensure that the trainees’ collection and selection process at training Institute level is being implemented effectively.

• To ensure that the trainees selection process at training centers level is being implemented effectively.
