Responsible for:
Conduct the Organizational Baseline, Feasibility Study-related survey.
Conduct the Organizational Endline Assessment and Client Satisfaction-related survey.
Survey Data Management and Data Analysis.
Activities:
Developing research design in consultation with the program head and key program personnel;
Developing research questionnaires and checklists;
Designing research protocol and methodology;
Data management and data quality control at field level;
Actively performing qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
Producing clear, compelling, and methodologically robust reports, journal articles, policy briefs, and other ways of making research results available and accessible to Friendship audiences;
Helps in developing guidelines and other protocols for field staff;
Designing and testing research and impact assessment evaluation tools;
Give orientation to staff on the questionnaires for data collection;
Supervise the field staff and help them to identify and solve research issues;
Assisting the Senior Manager in different programme coordination;
Providing day-to-day management, administrative assistance, and other posts within the team;
Finally, undertaking any other duties assigned and directed by the Authority;
Communicate with CSU’s and Sectors for research purposes;
Research report writing;
Undertake any additional responsibility entrusted by Supervisor or management.
Skills and Competencies:
Educational Qualification:
Master’s in Social Sciences, Statistics, Anthropology, Development Studies, Gender Studies, Economics
Experience:
05 years in research, data management, and data analysis.
Statistical Software Skills:
SPSS, Stata, NVivo and Mini Tab.
Other Skills:
Excellent computer skills
Excellent in Bengali & English language skills
Strong interpersonal skills
