Education:
  • Master's degree in Development Studies, International Relations, Business Administration (MBA), Economics, English, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or any other relevant discipline from a recognized university.
  • Candidates with professional training or certification in Project Proposal Development, Resource Mobilization, Grant Management, Project Management, or Business Development will be given preference.

  • Age At least 25 years
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fundraising, resource mobilization, proposal development, grant management, or business development in the NGO/Development sector.
  • Proven track record of securing grants or funds from local and/or international donors.
  • Experience in working with donors such as BMZ, NETZ, EU, UN agencies, USAID, FCDO, GIZ, corporate CSR partners, or philanthropic foundations will be considered an advantage.
  • Sound knowledge of Project Cycle Management (PCM), Logical Framework (Log Frame), Theory of Change (ToC), and project budgeting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and internet-based research.

Anandalok Trust (AT), a charitable and non-profit organization registered in 2017, aims to develop enlightened, critically aware and skilled human resources for a more humane, equitable and just society in Bangladesh. AT is currently implementing the project titled "Future-oriented and High-Quality Education in Disaster-prone Areas of Bangladesh (SWAPNO)", supported by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and NETZ Partnership for Development and Justice. To strengthen its institutional sustainability, expand strategic partnerships, and mobilize resources for both ongoing and future development initiatives, AT is looking for a dynamic, innovative, and result-oriented professional for the position.

Job Description:

The Fundraising & Advocacy Coordinator will serve the overall institutional needs of AT. The incumbent will lead the organization's fundraising, resource mobilization, donor acquisition, partnership development, and project proposal development initiatives by identifying local and international funding opportunities.

Specific Tasks:

  • Lead the organization's fundraising and resource mobilization initiatives to ensure long-term institutional sustainability.
  • Identify, assess, and pursue funding opportunities from local and international donors, development partners, embassies, UN agencies, foundations, trusts, corporate CSR initiatives, and philanthropic organizations.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective donors, partners, and supporters.
  • Prepare high-quality Concept Notes, Project Proposals, Expressions of Interest (EOIs), Grant Applications, and other donor-required documents in compliance with donor guideline.
  • Conduct donor mapping, market research, and analyze funding trends to identify new funding opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and regularly update organizational profiles, capability statements, success stories, case studies, annual reports, fundraising materials, and other institutional communication documents.
  • Develop and maintain an updated donor database, proposal pipeline, funding opportunity tracker, and submission calendar.
  • Explore innovative fundraising approaches, including corporate partnerships, digital fundraising, crowdfunding, sponsorships, major donor engagement, and individual giving initiatives.
  • Prepare periodic reports on fundraising performance, donor engagement, proposal submissions, partnership development, and resource mobilization achievements for the Executive Director.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Executive Director in line with the objectives of the organization.


Job Other Benifits:

    Salary & Benefits:

    • Monthly Gross Salary: 70,000-75,000 BDT including Provident fund.
    • Festival Bonus: 01 per fiscal year equivalent to one month's gross salary.
    • Gratuity: 01 per fiscal year as per Organizational rules equivalent to one month's gross salary.
