  • Minimum 03 years of experience in a comparable position in INGO/NGOs.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job purpose:

This position is responsible to drive strategic programme growth and resource mobilization by identifying funding opportunities, leading programme design and proposal development, strengthening donor partnerships, managing grants and compliance, and generating evidence to support organizational decision-making and sustainable programme impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify strategic programme growth opportunities by conducting donor, partner, and market research; contribute to business development and marketing initiatives; support the development of new partnerships; and prepare analytical reports to strengthen resource mobilization and programme sustainability.

  • Collaborate with BRAC Programmes and Departments to design innovative initiatives, align organizational priorities, and mobilize internal/core funding for strategic programme growth.

  • Lead programme design and proposal development by facilitating programme design workshops and developing high-quality concept notes, project proposals, logical frameworks, and budgets aligned with organizational strategy and donor requirements.

  • Develop programme design and monitoring frameworks by preparing Theories of Change (ToC), monitoring frameworks, and data collection tools; analyze implementation data to track progress, assess performance, identify challenges, and support evidence-based decision-making.

  • Lead grant management for the Road Safety Programme by coordinating grant governance processes, monitoring implementation progress, ensuring compliance with donor and organizational requirements, facilitating project lifecycle meetings, and driving cross-functional coordination and performance analysis for effective grant delivery and informed decision-making.

  • Serve as the Road Safety Programme fundraising focal by managing the grant pipeline, maintaining the GRP Salesforce system, and supporting fundraising coordination and Community of Practice (CoP) initiatives.

  • Managing donor intelligence and proposal tracking systems, preparing reports and statutory documents (e.g., FD-2, FD-6, FC-2) to ensure donor and regulatory compliance, and supporting organizational strategy implementation through effective documentation and coordination.

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
