We are looking for a high-impact, results-driven General Manager to lead our Sales, Revenue, and Growth operations. As the driving force behind our commercial expansion, you will be responsible for scaling the business, setting ambitious sales targets, and ensuring their successful execution. This is a strategic role designed for a leader who thrives under pressure and is capable of managing complex operations independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement aggressive sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

• Revenue Growth: Identify new market opportunities, lead lead-generation initiatives, and optimize the conversion process to drive consistent revenue growth.

• Operations Leadership: Take full ownership of day-to-day operations. You will be the primary point of contact for solving operational challenges, allowing the Managing Director to focus on high-level corporate vision.

• Team Management: Mentor and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and excellence.

• Market Expansion: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to maintain our competitive edge in the real estate sector.

• Reporting: Provide transparent, data-driven reports on performance metrics, forecasting, and growth milestones.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role (GM, Head of Sales, or Chief Revenue Officer) within the Real Estate or a similar high-ticket industry.

• Strong track record of scaling businesses and consistently achieving multi-crore sales targets.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills; you must be a self-starter who can handle intense pressure and make critical decisions autonomously.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and financial reports.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Education

• Master/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related field
