Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
Assist job seekers with registration, Saudi job applications, and profile updates
Provide clear guidance about job requirements, process, and documentation
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups
Escalate complex issues to the senior team
Deliver polite, professional, and timely customer support
