Responsibilities & Context:

Bumbellbee Limited is looking for a call center executive to join our team. He/She will be responsible for Provide better service to the customer’s physically, over phone to collaborate with customer to solve his problem.

·         Handle inbound and outbound customer calls;

·         Receive and record customer complaints and assign them to field technicians;

·         Provide prompt and effective customer care support;

·         Prepare daily and monthly reports;

·         Maintain customer service records and documentation;

·   Any other task assigned by the management
