The Medical Customer Service Agent is responsible for providing professional support to local and international patients seeking medical treatment abroad. The role serves as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from the initial inquiry through post-treatment follow-up.
Respond promptly to patient inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
Provide accurate information regarding medical treatment options, hospitals, doctors, travel arrangements, and estimated costs.
Coordinate with international hospitals, medical specialists, and partner healthcare institutions to arrange appointments and treatment plans.
Review and organize patient medical documents before submission to hospitals for evaluation.
Assist patients with medical visa applications, travel documentation, flight bookings, accommodation, airport transfers, and other travel-related services.
Maintain regular communication with patients and their families throughout the treatment journey.
Prepare quotations, treatment packages, and service agreements in coordination with the operations team.
Maintain accurate patient records and update CRM or database systems.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of all patient information in accordance with company policies.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Follow up with patients after treatment to collect feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international hospitals, healthcare providers, and business partners.
Support marketing campaigns, medical seminars, health consultation events, and promotional activities when required.
Achieve customer service quality standards, response time targets, and patient satisfaction goals.
Perform other duties assigned by management to support the growth of the medical tourism business.
