  • Age 20 to 30 years
  • 2-4 years of experience in air ticketing and tour operations.

  • Practical knowledge of air ticketing portals / airline systems is required.

  • Experience as a Tour Operator will be considered a strong advantage.

  • Good communication skills in Bangla and English.

  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, Email).

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

  • Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities

  • Issue domestic and international air tickets using airline and ticketing portals

  • Handle booking, re-issue, revalidation, cancellation, and refund through ticketing systems

  • Prepare airfare quotations and provide accurate flight schedules to customers

  • Handle tour operations including domestic and international tour packages

  • Prepare tour quotations, assist with tour confirmations, hotel bookings, and transportation arrangements

  • Provide accurate information regarding air tickets and tour services

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions

  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, suppliers, and internal ticketing/operations teams

  • Maintain proper records of issued tickets, tour bookings, payments, and customer details

  • Follow up with clients for confirmations, changes, and post-sale support
