Experience:
Minimum Graduation (Bachelor's Degree) completed
Educational background in Tourism, Aviation, or Hospitality Management will be an advantage Candidates who have completed Honours from the University of Dhaka or North South University will be given preference
2-4 years of experience in air ticketing and tour operations.
Practical knowledge of air ticketing portals / airline systems is required.
Experience as a Tour Operator will be considered a strong advantage.
Good communication skills in Bangla and English.
Basic computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, Email).
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities
Issue domestic and international air tickets using airline and ticketing portals
Handle booking, re-issue, revalidation, cancellation, and refund through ticketing systems
Prepare airfare quotations and provide accurate flight schedules to customers
Handle tour operations including domestic and international tour packages
Prepare tour quotations, assist with tour confirmations, hotel bookings, and transportation arrangements
Provide accurate information regarding air tickets and tour services
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, suppliers, and internal ticketing/operations teams
Maintain proper records of issued tickets, tour bookings, payments, and customer details
Follow up with clients for confirmations, changes, and post-sale support
