Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations (front-of-house and back-of-house)
Ensure smooth service and high-quality food delivery
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement
Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff
Prepare work schedules and manage attendance
Foster teamwork and a positive work environment
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Address customer complaints professionally
Maintain service standards and brand reputation
Manage budgets, revenue, and cost control
Monitor daily sales and expenses
Implement strategies to increase profitability
Prepare financial and operational reports
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Maintain proper food handling procedures
Stay updated with local licensing and labor laws
