Responsibilities & Context:
Promote the company`s medical tourism services to prospective clients and business partners.
Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and referral sources.
Generate leads and achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.
Conduct field visits, presentations, and awareness campaigns to expand the client base.
Handle customer inquiries and provide information regarding treatment options and services.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth patient support and service delivery.
Assist in planning and implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities.
Maintain accurate records of clients, referrals, and marketing activities.
Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.
Promote company services through social media and digital marketing platforms.
Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and corporate events to enhance brand visibility.
Monitor market trends and competitors` activities and provide feedback to management.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain professional relationships with clients.
Uphold company policies, ethical standards, and confidentiality requirements.
Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time in the best interest of the company.
