Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
Experience Requirements
3–8 years of practical experience in Tour Operations, Tour Consultancy, or Travel Package Sales.
Experience in outbound tourism will be considered an advantage.
Candidates with relevant experience may receive preference even if their educational background differs.

Excellent communication skills in Bangla.
Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
Strong sales and customer relationship management skills.
Excellent negotiation and vendor management ability.
Sound knowledge of popular international tourist destinations.
Ability to prepare customized travel packages independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience using travel booking systems and online travel platforms will be an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Passport holders will receive preference.

We are looking for an experienced Tour Manager who can develop competitive travel packages, coordinate with local and international travel partners, and convert customer inquiries into successful bookings. The ideal candidate should have strong destination knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage tour operations from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities
Develop attractive domestic and international tour packages.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, airlines, transport providers, DMCs, local operators, and other travel vendors.
Negotiate competitive rates with vendors to ensure profitable and attractive packages.
Prepare package costing, quotations, and pricing sheets accurately.
Design customized travel itineraries based on customers' requirements and budgets.
Promote and sell tour packages through phone calls, social media, email, and walk-in customers.
Explain itineraries, package inclusions, exclusions, visa requirements, travel insurance, and company policies clearly to clients.
Coordinate flight reservations, hotel bookings, transportation, sightseeing, and other travel arrangements.
Follow up on customer inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Ensure smooth execution of tours before, during, and after travel.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and provide after-sales support.
Keep updated with travel trends, visa regulations, airline promotions, and new destinations.
Prepare operational reports and maintain customer and vendor databases.
