• Good English and Bangla communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of international tour packages.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Job Overview

MI Tours & Travels is looking for a smart, enthusiastic and customer-focused Senior Tour Consultant to assist clients with domestic and international tour packages, prepare quotations, coordinate bookings and provide excellent travel support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with international tour packages.
• Prepare tour quotations, itineraries and travel proposals.
• Coordinate hotel, flight, transport and activity bookings.
• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email and social media.
• Support consultants in tour planning and operations.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
• Maintain booking records and customer database.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns.
