• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English
• Expertise in AI tools

Job Context: Aaran Tours & Travels is a fast-growing travel management company in Bangladesh. We are looking for an experienced and energetic Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations, manage customer relations, design tour packages, and drive our business growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and cost attractive domestic and international tour packages.
• Provide accurate information regarding tourist visas, travel packages, flight bookings, hotel reservations and travel-related services.
• Understand clients' travel requirements and recommend suitable destinations, packages and visa solutions.
• Conduct consultations and effectively present company services to prospective clients
• Handle corporate clients and build strong long-term relationships with them.
• Resolve customer complaints or booking issues quickly and professionally.
• Assist in digital marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to attract new tourists
