Experience Requirements

• 3-5 years of practical experience in Hajj & Umrah Operations.

• Hands-on experience operating the Government Hajj Portal is mandatory.

• Previous experience in a reputed travel agency will be given preference.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Hajj and Umrah procedures.

• Practical experience in Hajj Pre-registration and Final Registration.

• Ability to prepare and manage Hajj packages.

• Sound knowledge of Ministry of Religious Affairs policies.

• Good understanding of Saudi Hajj regulations.

• Excellent customer counseling and communication skills.

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Email, and Google Workspace.

• Ability to work under pressure during Hajj season.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.

Additional Requirements

• Age: 25-40 years

• Excellent communication skills in Bangla.

• Good communication skills in English will be an advantage.

• Arabic language proficiency will be considered an added qualification.

• Must possess a valid Bangladeshi Passport.

• Candidates who have previously performed Hajj or Umrah will receive preference.

• Police Clearance Certificate will be preferred.

• Willingness to travel to Saudi Arabia during Hajj and Umrah seasons.

• Ability to handle pilgrims with patience, professionalism, and care.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Hajj and Umrah operations, operating the Government Hajj Portal, preparing Hajj packages, processing registrations, and providing complete guidance to pilgrims throughout their spiritual journey.

Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Prepare Hajj and Umrah packages in accordance with the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Saudi Arabia regulations.

Operate the Government Hajj Portal efficiently.

Process Hajj pre-registration and final registration.

Handle all Hajj and Umrah documentation and application procedures.

Provide complete guidance to pilgrims regarding Hajj and Umrah rituals.

Explain Hajj packages, visa procedures, and accommodation, transportation, and flight schedules.

Conduct Hajj orientation and training sessions.

Maintain regular communication with pilgrims before, during, and after their journey.

Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and Saudi partners.

Assist pilgrims in completing all required documentation.

Ensure compliance with government policies and Saudi Hajj regulations.

Maintain accurate operational records and prepare necessary reports.

Resolve customer queries and operational issues professionally.

Support the sales team by explaining Hajj and Umrah services to prospective clients.

Perform any additional operational duties assigned by management.
