Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote travel packages and services.
Generate leads through online and offline marketing activities.
Promote holiday, corporate, and Umrah/Hajj travel packages.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and walk-in clients.
Present travel packages and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and booking documentation.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and tour operators for smooth service delivery.
Provide after-sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction.
