• Previous experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Hospitality Industry will be preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and marketing skills are encouraged to apply.

Special Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing platforms and tools.
• Experience in promoting businesses through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, and other social media platforms.
• Ability to create and manage digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase sales.
• Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization), content marketing, and online branding.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, Photoshop, or similar marketing tools will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently and within a team.
• Candidates with proven success in generating bookings and sales through digital marketing campaigns will receive preference.

Job Responsibilities

• Promote and sell resort rooms, event venues, corporate packages, and special offers.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event organizers, and business partners.

• Identify and generate new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and regular follow-ups.

• Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to increase bookings and revenue.

• Support and manage digital and offline marketing campaigns.

• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Prepare sales reports and market analysis as required.

💸 Incentive Formula

Thumb Rule:
⭐ Earn 1% incentive on every additional BDT 1 Lac of sales after achieving the first BDT 5 Lac target.
