Experience:
Monitor and manage overall restaurant operations, staff performance, duty rosters, and service standards.
Prepare menus, food costing, pricing, and ensure effective cost and inventory control.
Manage purchasing, supplier coordination, stock levels, store/fridge compliance, and product quality.
Review daily sales, consumption, vouchers, cash, staffing, and operational reports.
Prepare budgets, sales reports, profitability analysis, and financial/operational records.
Drive sales, marketing, promotions, and business development activities.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and licensing requirements.
Handle customer reservations, inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with Head Office, suppliers, employees, and relevant authorities to improve business performance.
