We are looking for someone entrepreneurial, trustworthy and commercially minded who can take ownership of the entire launch and build a professional Hajj & Umrah operation.●       5+ years of experience in Hajj, Umrah or travel operations.●       Strong knowledge of Bangladesh and Saudi Hajj/Umrah operations.●       Existing network of Saudi hotels, transport providers and/or Umrah operators is highly preferred.●       Experience managing teams and developing travel packages.●       Strong negotiation, communication and organizational skills.●       Good English and computer/Excel skills.●       Must be capable of building an operation from scratch, not just managing an existing one.

We are launching a new Hajj & Umrah travel business and are looking for an experienced professional to build and lead the business from the ground up.

The successful candidate will work directly with management and be responsible for establishing the operations, team, supplier network and systems required to launch and scale the business.

●       Develop the complete Hajj & Umrah operational structure.

●       Advise management on required licenses, registrations and regulatory requirements.

●       Build relationships with reliable Saudi hotels, transport companies and Umrah operators.

●       Develop and price competitive Umrah and Hajj packages.

●       Recruit, train and manage the initial operations team.

●       Establish SOPs for booking, visa processing, ticketing, payments and pilgrim management.

●       Set up customer service, CRM and operational systems.

●       Coordinate with Saudi partners and manage pilgrim operations.

●       Monitor costs, margins and supplier contracts.

●       Help develop the sales and marketing strategy.
