Key Responsibilities:

• Host and present engaging travel-related videos, reels, promotional content, and destination guides.

• Create content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.

• Research and present information about destinations, tour packages, hotels, flights, visas and travel services.

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative travel content and campaign ideas.

• Appear confidently on camera and communicate information clearly and naturally.

• Handle customer queries through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, phone and other communication channels.

• Provide customers with accurate information about packages, pricing, bookings, flights, hotels and travel requirements.

• Follow up with leads and assist customers throughout the booking process.

• Maintain professional communication with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.

• Coordinate with the sales/operations team regarding customer requirements and bookings.
